Regarding: Fueling Specification for 70 MPa Compressed Hydrogen Vehicles
Request: Industry Announcement – For Public Release

For the past year, 8 OEM Vehicle Manufacturers and 2 Hydrogen Suppliers have joined forces to form a steering group with the goal of preparing a Fueling Specification for 70 MPa Compressed Hydrogen Vehicles. This group has solicited opinions from industry stakeholders that have been incorporated in the release Version “A.” It is the intent of the 8 OEM’s to begin to utilize this document effective immediately and release it for use in quotations of 70MPa (10,000 psi) stations.

The steering group believes that this specification is ready for release for use as guidance for building these stations during the demonstration phase of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.

NextEnergy is an alternative energy non-profit research, development and demonstration organization. NextEnergy is acting as an independent third party that is hosting the document on our web site and collecting the comments from all stakeholders for review by the group that created the document.
